Am I a DAAD alumna / alumnus?

You automatically attain the status of a DAAD alumna / alumnus once your scholarship by the DAAD comes to an end. This enables you to benefit from numerous offerings that are accessible via the Service Area for Alumni. Further information on DAAD alumni activities is available via www.daad.de/en/alumni/.

Please note that the Service Area for Alumni is until further notice solely intended for people who previously received an individual scholarship directly from the DAAD. People who did not receive their scholarship directly from DAAD, but were rather funded at a higher education institution as part of DAAD project funding, can unfortunately not use this service. People who are currently receiving their first individual funding will obtain access to the Service Area for Alumni once only this funding has come to an end.

Should you have successfully logged in using your DAAD ID and are still not able to access the Service Area for Alumni, it could be that our system is not automatically recognising your alumni status.
